Obtain credit toward a replacement box of chemistry profiles if you receive a rotor error message on your Vetscan VS2. Zoetis guarantees the reliability of all the VS2 rotors. The Rotor Performance Guarantee applies when any rotor fails due to any defect or anomaly in the rotor. In this instance, Zoetis will provide you with a Rotor Credit for any rotor failure or anomaly reported within 30 days. The Performance Guarantee does not include cancellations or assay suppressions due to improper rotor storage or operator error.*

ELIGIBILITY & CREDIT
The Rotor Performance Guarantee covers any rotor that fails due to any defect or anomaly in the rotor. Forms must be submitted within 30 days following the error date in the report. Zoetis will provide 100% credit to the customer. The guarantee does not include cancellations or assay suppressions due to improper rotor storage or operator error. Rotor redemption eligibility begins when 12 or more credits have been accumulated on the account and expires 90 days after redemption notification is sent.
