Blank warning flags
- Visually inspect the wash head and clean if necessary. If salt is found above the wash head, refer to the Operator’s Manual Additional Cleanings section and perform Removing and Cleaning the Wash Head. If salt is found on the chamber below the wash head, call Zoetis Diagnostics Technical Support to have them walk you through a Bleach Draining. Repeat the blank. If the warning persists, run Soak Cleaning and then repeat the blank.
- Visually inspect the wash head and clean if necessary. Check Diluent (green) and Lyse2 (orange) lines for loose connections; prime Diluent and/or Lyse2 if bubbles are present or were introduced while checking the tubing. Repeat the blank. If the warning persists, run Soak Cleaning and then repeat the blank.
- Visually inspect the wash head and chamber below for blood debris. If blood is found on the wash head, perform a wash head cleaning. If blood is found on or in the chamber, call Zoetis Diagnostics Technical Support to get help with removing clots and clean that area. Repeat the blank. If the problem persists, run a Soak Cleaning and then repeat the blank.
