Suppressed results must be interpreted with caution due to the impact of sample interference.
Prior to collecting a new sample or sending the sample into a commercial lab, please contact Diagnostic Technical Support for a more detailed explanation of the suppression. The suppression might not require either.

Zoetis Reagent Performance Guarantee provides a 100% credit to customers for rotor failures caused by any defect or anomaly in the rotor and reported within 30 days. The Performance Guarantee does not include cancellations or assay suppressions due to improper rotor storage or operator error. Credits accumulate on account until 12 or more credits are obtained. Rotor credit redemption eligibility expires 90 days after notification is sent.
